Vinyl Floors
Vinyl floors have a wide range of applications, both commercial and domestic.
They range from an affordable floor solution for domestic kitchens, all the way up to forklift durable, non-slip industrial floors with anti-static properties.
Vinyl floors are also perfect for wet rooms where regular cleaning and a water proof seal are essential. This can be further improved with an “up-the-cove” border.
Like LVT, vinyl flooring is laid on top of a sub floor dependent on the application. It is laid in 2 meter wide strips and joined using a hot weld to ensure a perfect waterproof seal.
The hot weld join made between 2 pieces of vinyl can make or break a floor. Get it wrong and the integrity of the whole floor is compromised when moisture is introduced.
